Animal welfare and Mother’s Day

To celebrate “the love you have for your pets”, SantéVet has chosen Mother’s Day for the second year running, with a campaign full of tenderness.

By setting up the Instant Win game, SantéVet wanted to boost awareness of its services and acquire new prospects, while at the same time boosting its image in France.

Because there’s a lot at stake in the animal insurance sector. Animal health insurance is a booming niche market, with the emergence of specialized competitors, a growing number of pets and increasing life expectancy. What’s more, of the 60 million pets in France, only 5% are insured.

A customized campaign

This competition was an opportunity to offer “1 year pet insurance” to one of the participants and their pet. A significant gift that raised awareness among customers and prospects of the importance of prevention and health cover for their pets.

In addition, personalized fields have been activated in the campaign form to better target customers and prospects:

  • You have a: Cat / Dog / Other / I don’t have a pet”.
    This field determines which types of formulas will be most suitable for future customers.

 

  • “Your pet is … puppy – cat (under 8 months)
    This field is used to determine the age of the animal and whether it is eligible for coverage by the mutual insurance company (animals over 7 years old cannot be insured).

 

  • “What’s his name?”
    The purpose of this field is to personalize the email header with your pet’s name.

Partnership as a promotional lever

SantéVet relied on its network of partners to promote its competition on social networks, with the participation of Feliway, Meyou Paris and Wanimo. The many gifts offered were also the subject of partnerships with accessories for the well-being of pets, products for animal hygiene (Canhe connected pendants, Fit Sprays Feliway, promotional codes at Wanimo, Woufbox, Miaoubox). This collaboration has strengthened SantéVet’s credibility as a leader in the sector and highlighted its quality offering.
